Switchboard Labs, LLC (“our,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you when you visit https://myswitchboard.com, use the Switchboard mobile application or use our other Switchboard products and services that include an authorized link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”), how we use the information we collect, with whom we share it, how we protect it, and the choices we offer you regarding our collection and use of such information.

Although we do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising or other targeted content, a number of these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. 8. ACCESSING AND CHANGING YOUR INFORMATION

You can review and change the personal information associated with your account by logging into your account and visiting your account profile page. You may also send us an email to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

9. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13

The Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from, children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information. 10. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make a material change to our Privacy Policy, we will provide notice to you by posting on our website that our privacy practices have changed and will provide a link to the new policy. In the event we make a material change to how we use your personal information, we will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of such new or different use. This privacy notice applies to California residents from whom we collect personal information (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this privacy notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA") and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this privacy notice.

Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (for a maximum total of 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the receipt of a verifiable consumer request. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless the request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. Alternatively, we may decline to respond to the request and notify you of our reason for doing so.
